1. Order Cancellation
- Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.

- Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
2. Refund Policy
We strive to provide high-quality cleaning products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
a. Eligibility for Refund
- Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos.
- Incorrect or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Returns will only be accepted for unused, unopened, and in original packaging products.
b. Non-Refundable Items
- Used or opened products.
- Products purchased under special discounts, clearance sales, or promotional offers.
c. Refund Process
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to ship the item back.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
3. Replacement Policy
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it after verification.
