1. Order Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

a. Eligibility for Refund

  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos.
  • Incorrect or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Returns will only be accepted for unused, unopened, and in original packaging products.

b. Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or opened products.
  • Products purchased under special discounts, clearance sales, or promotional offers.

c. Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to ship the item back.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

3. Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it after verification.
  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
